María del Pilar Bueno Rubial

Pilar Bueno Rubial is an expert in climate change policy and a Senior Researcher at CONICET in Argentina. She currently serves as Undersecretary of Climate Change for the City of Rosario and is the Executive Director of Argentina 1.5, a Latin American think tank. Her international experience includes 16 years of involvement in climate change negotiations, serving today as an adaptation negotiator for Grupo SUR. She has also held the role of Co-Chair of the UNFCCC Adaptation Committee, G77 and China Lead coordinator, and served as Secretary of Climate Change of Argentina.
