Beto Quesada
Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas da Amazonia (INPA)Carlos Alberto Quesada holds a PhD in Ecology and Global Change from the School of Geography, University of Leeds, United Kingdom (2008). He is currently a Senior Researcher at the National Institute for Amazonian Research, working mainly on the following topics: ecosystem ecology and climate change, biogeochemical cycles, Amazonian soils, soil-vegetation interactions, nutrient cycling, soil carbon, soil chemistry and physics, and soil diversity. He coordinates the Amazon FACE Program (INPA/UNICAMP/MetOffice) and the Amazon Tall Tower Observatory Project (INPA/Max Planck).
