Robin Nowok

Robin Nowok is a Data for Development Specialist at the Data Lab of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), where he leads experimental approaches to apply AI and digital methods, from Earth observation to natural language processing, to challenges in climate resilience and sustainable development. As part of GIZ’s project team for "NegotiateAI", he managed the development of an AI prototype to support multilateral negotiations for the UN Plastics Treaty. This work now serves as the foundation for the scaled-up version "NegotiateCOP" which is being deployed for the first time at COP30 in Belém.
