Starlin Cadete

Starlin is an economist focused on the formulation, development, and monitoring of social projects. He works in communities and with young people on issues of health, disability, risk management, and the environment. He has led youth participation processes and climate action and works to strengthen community capacities, promoting equity, human rights, and the well-being of communities, especially historically excluded populations.
