Camila Costa Moreira
Camila Costa Moreira is a climate activist and policy advisor dedicated to advancing local climate action and sustainable urban development. With five years of experience in public administration and urban policy, and more than a decade of volunteer work in social causes, she currently serves at the Executive Secretariat for Climate Change at São Paulo City Hall. In this role, she works on strategies for climate change mitigation and adaptation, contributing to São Paulo’s transition toward a resilient and carbon-neutral city. Camila holds a degree in International Relations and is actively engaged in international youth and sustainability networks such as The Climate Reality Project, SDSN Youth’s Local Pathways Fellowship, United People Global, and the Aspire Leadership Program. She is the founder of the Global Shapers Uberlândia Hub and Shapers for Climate project, leading youth engagement, and inclusive urban transformation.
