Lawyer, graduated from UNIMONTES - State University of Montes Claros - (2000), with a specialization in Legal Sciences from the Brazilian Virtual University Institute (2004) and training in Strategic Litigation in Human Rights from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (2016). Popular educator and activist in Social Pastoral Care, having participated in the creation of the Justice, Peace, and Ecology Commission of the Archdiocese of Montes Claros/MG. For 19 years, he has been a member of the Legal Advisory team of CAA/NM - Center for Alternative Agriculture of Northern Minas Gerais, providing legal assistance to communities and/or social groups and movements in socio-environmental conflicts, and for 16 years he has been providing legal advice to rural workers' unions in the Alto Rio Pardo region, in the far north of the state of Minas Gerais.
