Carina Rolly

Carina is ADRA’s climate policy advisor and focusses on international climate finance at the intersection of humanitarian assistance and food security. While supporting the global ADRA network with offices in 122 countries with policy engagement and funding diversification, she is also the policy lead for the network’s carbon accounting initiative and more sustainable humanitarian action in fragile contexts. Currently serving as the network’s focal point for COP engagement, she works to advance equitable access to climate finance for vulnerable communities. She is known for crafting cross-sectoral partnerships and implementing funding models that support sustainable development and resilience in the face of climate change.
