Sheilla Dourado

Sheilla Dourado is a Political Advisor at the Instituto de Estudos Socioeconômicos (Inesc). She holds a degree in Law, a Master’s in Environmental Law, and a PhD in Law with a focus on Fundamental Rights and the Environment. With extensive work and research experience alongside traditional peoples and communities, as well as Indigenous peoples in the Amazon and Cerrado regions, she contributes to INESC’s efforts on socio-environmental issues and climate adaptation.
