Tigist Endashaw Bealem is an International Consultant specializing in Climate Action Policy Advocacy, with extensive experience supporting Civil Society Organizations and Youth Groups in Ethiopia, Africa and Globally. Her work focuses on Climate Change and Health, Food Security, Nutrition, Gender, Youth empowerment and shaping inclusive and impactful policy solutions that bridge the gap between global climate commitments and local realities.

Tigist is deeply committed to advancing equitable access to climate finance and innovative technologies, with a strong focus on ensuring that women, young people and marginalized groups are empowered to take an active role in shaping climate action.
