Susana Muhamad

Susana Muhamad has been a leading advocate of the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty proposal for years. As Minister, she developed Colombia’s endorsement of the proposal at COP28 in Dubai, as the first major fossil fuel producer to participate in the initiative. She has a wealth of experience in multilateral processes, most recently as CBD COP16 President.
